Towards the end of June 2015, rubber traffic-count strips were placed across the upper end of Radmore Lane, close to the equestrian centre entrance.
Are these linked to another planning application for land off Ashbrook Lane (opposite the current application for 80 homes).
It is doubtful planning consent would be granted for yet another development feeding onto Ashbrook Lane, but if the developers could build a roadway through to Radmore Lane then they could overcome this problem.
